What kind of goals should one set for themselves? This might be different for each individual. A goal for one may be too difficult for another, however on the other hand it may be too easy. It should be a personal goal having meaning to you. I will put a weekly goal up on the blog, which I will take on. You are welcome to try the same goal for the week or set your own. I would love to hear if you tried the weekly goal I set and were you able to accomplish it. Or if you set your own, I would like to know what goal you set for yourself and were you able to accomplish it. Also tell me how you felt either way. This is what you call having an accountability partner. This is a person who coaches another person in terms of helping the other person keep a commitment. And this works both ways, as I will need your support as much as you may need mine. When setting a weekly goal having a chronic disease/illness is one way to motivate you in doing something even through a difficult week. I know there are times where I can do something one week and the next week no matter how hard I try I cannot do it. This is what one encounter’s when living with a chronic disease/illness.
